I went to an overseas trip with my lovely uncle and aunt as well as my cousins :)
I went to Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas. We took China Airlines from Sg to Taipei, then from Taipei to LAX airport in L.A.
Tiring journey, but was worth it when we reached there.
Reached U.S on 6th Dec (7th Dec in Sg time)

>Went target shopping! soooo big, they sell like almost everythingggg! From food to clothes, accessories toys, books, electronic devices.
>We went to denny's for dinner, food is served in big portions hhahaa :D. The neighbourhood (around our hotel) has so many food outlets& shops.
Day 2 -7dec/fri
> We Went to California Adventure park, a themepark, just opposite disneyland :)
Had dinner at an Italian restarant! Large serving of pizza and shared linguini.
Day 3 -8dec/sat
>Long drive to San Francisco, followed a tour guide, with many awesome people
Our tour guide is Angela, a taiwanese lady. She' from bravo tours, quite a good tour guide!
so the interesting part comes when Noah started calling the ppl who come back late on the bus, 'burden'. There was this chinese guy, around 20+ years old, who would often be the latest one to assemble. So we decided to nickname him the china burden. *note that i dont mean to offend anyone, not of any particular race or country. I'm chinese myself :) But we knew his name, and it was william, so we decided to call him William Shakespeare.( Idk if it's spelt correctly or not) overall the people we toured with were quite cool and friendly :) There were other nicknames like paikia, haolian, etc hhaha. Seriously 7 h of bus journey bored us out, even though there were stops in between the journey for food/toilet.
>We then Ate buffet for lunch, can't rmbr where though, but i know I took several helpings, can't stop cuz the food was just so delicious :D
>We then visited the coast near pacific Ocean to take some pictures :)
>Had dinner with my aunt's friend , Aunty emmeline. Visited her house, and went to a sushi restaurant where her daughter worked :) After dinner, she drove us back to our hotel :)
> We stayed in Sheraton hotel in Pleasanton :) The hotel is soooo luxurious, there was even complementary starbucks coffee in our room. The bathroom was huge too :) No trouble falling asleep immediately.
Day4 - 9dec/sun
>Tour in Stanford University. The campus is sooooobigggg. Peaceful and chio!!
>Went to golden gate bridge, took a cruise and visited al catrez.
>Dinner at a chinese restaurant in chinatown in san francisco
> All of us Woke up at 4.15am and assembled at 5am, we were the burden since we were the last to do so.
>Breakfast at burger king. I had sausage meat and egg wrap. so much btr thn singapore's bk!
>Headed to Yosemite national park. Tour guide, Angela told us it was arnd 15 degrees there, but it turned out to be -3 degrees. No wonder it felt colder than usual...
> Lunch at King buffet, 11 buck per person, so worth it.
> Went back to los angeles in the evening
>Had subway for dinner. Nathan just kept refilling the soft drink, not sure if its allowed, but the ppl didnt care too :D I love the unsweetened tea! :)
Day6 -11dec/tues
> Its time for Disneyland! took a shuttle bus provided by holiday inn to there!
Day7-12dec/wed
>Los angeles - Las Vegas

Day8-13dec/thur
>Went to grand canyon for many picturessssss. Nathan even planed at the surface. woohoooo I didnt dare to hahhaa.

>we went shopping at the mall attached to a hotel. Im always with naomi, and we would always end up being apart from the rest, but we are great at analysing maps :D
>Watched an extremely funny show hosted by Wally Eastwood. I laughed so hard, and almost cried. It's been so long since I was this amused. :)

Like it when the stairs made sounds as we walked up.

Day 11 - 16dec/sun
>Six flags magic mountain
> There were liike around 14 roller coasters? Ok i may be wrong but, i ve nvr been to an amusement park with sooooo many amazing rides!!!
>The great thing about this themepark is that, THERE WASNT ANY WAITING TIME. YAY. like the only time we had to wait was for 10mins? Met some of the tour people there too, the malaysian family :)
Day 12 -17dec/mon
>went to knotts berry farm. was fascinated with the place even though we didnt feel like going at ifrt. It was a last minute decision to go there. So only the children went inside, my uncle and aunt went shopping nearby :). that means we roamed about in there by ourselves lika boss :P
